All registered members must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information. You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding your credentials, including two-factor authentication devices. AIVOLIX maintains a strict one-account-per-individual policy to preserve the integrity of our yield distribution and referral architecture.

Users are expressly forbidden from engaging in activities that compromise platform integrity, security, or regulatory compliance. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
All platform content, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, trading strategies, trademarks, and visual assets, constitutes proprietary intellectual property of AIVOLIX. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or competitive analysis is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIVOLIX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, market volatility, blockchain network failures, or third-party service interruptions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIVOLIX from any claims arising from your violation of these terms.
AIVOLIX reserves the unilateral right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notification at least 7 days prior to enforcement. Continued use after the effective date constitutes binding acceptance. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration standards.
